Jeg blogger for Maja Design i dag!

Håper alle har det bra! Her på vestlandet kom snøen dalende ned i dag tidlig, og det bare øker på. Så det passet jo bra med dette vinterlige kortet for Maja Design i dag :)

DT card for Wild Orchid Crafts ~ Get well soon card

Hi everyone!
Happy New Year!
This is my first card in 2018 and with some new foamiran flowers.
You can find the products to make them in the WOC shop.
I just love making them!
I have used the ivory coloured foam,
and some flower dies from Magnolia.
I have coloured them all in the middle with some green chalk.

The card is as you can see a lollipop card. I have used dies from Spellbinders and Magnolia.
And the image and text is also from Magnolia.
The papers are from Maja Design and the Denim and Friends Collection.

I have placed some beautiful white stamens from Wild Orchid Crafts in the middle of the flower.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today!
You can also read this post in the WOC blog.
Wish you all a lovely day!

Magnolia Yuletube meeting Maja Design :)

Hi everyone!
I hope you all are having a wonderful Christmas time.
Have you visited the Magnolia Chanel on You Tube lately?
There you can see whats inside the calendar. It is some days behind, so today is number 18.
I was asked to show day 16-18. And make a project with whats inside the bags
on my last day.
It has been some crazy days lately, to finish up at work, then make Christmas at home.
But the last days I have manage to film some clips for you.
To show you whats inside the bags, and finally make a project with it.
I hope you like it,
and maybe I inspired you to make a Shaker card too!:)
Here is my card for the Magnolia Yuletube:

I have used papers from Maja Design for my card, and it is also my card in the Maja Blog today!
I got four different stamps in my bags, the banner, sea horse, seal and Mermaid Tilda.
So so cute!

Here you can see the seahorses and seal, and a bit of the banner to the left.

The flowers are from Petaloo. The tags are made with Magnolia dies.
The frame is made with Spellbinder dies.
And the shape of the card is made with a GoKreate die.

The lovely Mermaid, coloured on Langton paper with Distress Inks, re-inkers and Markers.

Inside there is some glitter. You can see in the video how I made it.

Thank you so much for visiting!

With love,

Merry Christmas with a step by step

Merry Christmas to you all! Today I will show you a Christmas card I have made.
When I started in the WOC DT, I was introduced to something new to me, the Foamiran sheets.
I had seen gorgeous flowers made with this sheets on the internet,
and now I just had the perfect opportunity to try it out!
For this card I have used dies from Magnolia to make the flowers.

I will later in this post show you how I made them. I have been inspired by several tutorials on youtube:)

The image, dies and papers used are from Magnolia.
And I have coloured the poinsettia (which is original made with a white sheet) in the same colours as you see in the image. The image is coloured with Distress Ink, re-inkers and Markers.

Here is a close up of my flowers. They are not perfect, but I love making them, and will make many more for sure :)

And now I have a step by step for you on how I made the flowers:

Here is what you need: a glue gun, a heat gun, foamiran, Chalks, dies, distress ink, and red and white stamens.

Cut out the poinsettias.

Then add colour on both sides of the foam.

Blow the poinsettia leaf with the heat gun.

Fold it and curl them up.

Use the glue, and glue them together.

Make a hole through the poinsettia, and put the stamens inside.

Here is the finished result.

And here they all are.
I hope I inspired you to try making some yourself!

with Distress Ink and Markers.

A close up. Isn't she the cutest!

I have used flowers and Seam Binding from Wild Orchid Crafts.

The tags are made with a die from Magnolia.
As well as the shape of the card.
It looks like a giant post stamp.

A pink Christmas Card!

Hi everyone!
Here comes my card for the #28 Seasons Challenge at AAM.
Sorry about the late post, but here it comes..
I have made a pink Christmas card.

This Tilda is called Tilda with Little Rudolf, and is from the
Aspen Holidays Collection 2017.
I have coloured the image with Distress Ink, and Markers.

The sentiment next to Tilda is from the latest Magnolia Collection (Stamp Club kit).
The flowers and lace are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
And the papers are from Maja Design.

Ok, I might have gone a bit overboard with the photos (too many)... ! :)

The tags are made with Magnolia dies.
The texts are from Stempelglede.

A close up of the English Rose.
